I'm praising God again as He continues to show His faithfulness and generosity!!
Last year God blessed us with an amazing year-end matching gift of $10,000 as we sought to raise $25,000 in 25 days. This year, an amazing family has offered to raise the bar and donate a $15,000 matching gift so we can work together to raise $30,000!!!
For over 70 years now, FCA has continued to be supported through the generosity of His people. God works in and through you to communicate His Good News to countless athletes, coaches, teachers and communities all over the world. That's 70 plus years of Bible Studies, camps, Gospel presentations and Kingdom impact!
Last year God stretched me by setting up the $25,000 in 25 days challenge and this year He has an even bigger goal in mind!! $30,000!!! I still can't believe I'm typing this out right now!! I'm overwhelmed by the generosity of our matching donors and excited to see who else God is going to use to help us reach this goal! I'm asking you to pray with me as He reveals who is going to give and how much each person is being called to give. He may even be putting a number in your mind as you've been reading. I know He tends to do that with me.
My desire is always to see people give joyfully from their heart. I faithfully seek on a regular basis to pursue cheerful givers to the Kingdom work we're doing and never want anyone to give out of guilt or obligation.
God continues to show me that He is the Provider and can provide for the needs of the ministry and He reminds me that I don't have the ability to influence or motivate people to give. He's the One Who moves in people's hearts to support His work!!
God has provided over the last thirteen years I've been on staff and I'm trusting that He will provide again!!
My ask to you is to join our donor family in meeting this amazing matching gift and sharing the need with your friends and family as well as the people God has placed in your lives. You may not be able to give right now but perhaps you know someone with a heart for the youth and those that impact them. Will you help raise $30,000 before the end of the year??
